[Arthroscopic subacromial decompression.].

The author describes the technique of subacromial arthroscopic decompression. By comparison with the world literature he proposes the optimal method of this operation. He analyzes the indications, examination methods, postoperative care, rehabilitation and rating activities after this operation. In the results he presents the case-history of an operated patient with subacromial decompression and removal of a calcified subacromial bursa. He compares his results with data from the literature.
