[Arthroscopic deliberation of joint.].

The paper deals with new possibilities how to use the arthroscopic surgical technique to relax stiffness of joints of different etiology. The described surgical technique is an alternative of forceful redresses under general anaesthesia and draws attention to the obvious advantages and minimalization of complications. Early rehabilitation is an integral part of the arthroscopic deliberation operation and is made on a motor splint immediately after surgery. The authors refuse deliberation of joints - redresses - under general anaesthesia.
